At SIMSIM, we take utmost care in delivering quality seeds to our customers. Due to the nature of agricultural products, please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Seeds Return Policy
Seeds are perishable and sensitive products, therefore:
❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges on seeds once delivered.
This policy exists because seed quality depends on storage, handling, weather, and soil conditions, which are beyond our control.
Damaged or Wrong Product
We will replace or refund your order only if:
You received a damaged package
You received the wrong seed variety
The package was opened or leaked during transit
📌 Conditions:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos or videos of the package are mandatory
Order number must be provided
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
Germination Disclaimer
Seed germination depends on multiple factors such as:
Soil quality
Climate & temperature
Watering & care
Farming practices
🌱 We do not guarantee germination percentage and hence no refunds are provided based on germination results.
